Market growth drives expansion - Meet our team and the new Dealer app

AgDNA is expanding –as the company prepares to launch itself into the 2017 growing season, we’d like to welcome on board our new National Sales Manager Bret Shaw and new Key Account Manager Mark Sullivan, as well as introduce dealers to the new AgDNA Dealer App version 2.0.

Working closely with both growers and equipment dealers the new roles and new application will cement stronger and more productive relationships with our dealer partners, as well as ensuring the real world application and successes of AgDNA are preserved.

Meet the team

Based out of DeMoines, Iowa and with years of experience managing precision agriculture deployment, new National Sales Manager Bret Shaw believes AgDNA represents a great opportunity to bring innovation to agriculture. “I’m very excited to join the team”, says Shaw, “When you’re up close to the AgDNA Platform and can see what it can do, you realize the importance of automated data management”.

Managing the eastern deployment of AgDNA is new Key Account Manager Mark Sullivan. With a strong background in integrated solutions and data management, Mark understands the immeasurable value of accurate data and its financial impact.

“Using precision farming data to drive decisions creates genuine financial value for growers. I’m really impressed at how AgDNA simplifies the entire process by automatically analyzing the information coming from equipment and sensors in the field”, says Sullivan. “It’s awesome to be joining a team that is literally shaping the future of farming ”.

Rounding out the sales team is the existing Key Account Manager Russell Cauthen, whose current responsibilities include managing the deployment of the AgDNA Platform in the southern United States and working with dealer partners to develop new precision ag strategies for 2017 and beyond.

Market growth drives expansion

AgDNA had strong growth in 2016, largely due to growers swapping out old technology for newer precision ag digital management systems. With this in mind, AgDNA’s new appointments are a sign that more growers than ever before are embracing new precision ag technologies.

Responsible for managing the sales growth via the company’s national dealer network, the new AgDNA National Sales Manager and Key Account Manager will be on the front lines alongside growers, equipment dealers and agribusinesses, ensuring AgDNA’s dealer partners have all the support they need to drive successful growing seasons for their customers.

Dealer App 2.0

This week also marks a significant milestone in the development of the iOS and Android AgDNA Dealer App version 2.0 - for existing dealer partners, your dealer application will be upgraded with a range of new software features, including:

  • Faster data retrieval times
  • More field metrics
